Tea Time: 1:30-4 pm.
Doors open at 1 pm (close at 4:30 pm — allowing extra time for shopping and pictures)
Location: Museum of the Mountain West
Big white church behind the main building. Follow the signs to the parking area west of the church-gate marked with balloons.
Description: Tables decorated in Victorian theme, each is different. Tea buffet serves tiny tea sandwiches, scones, pastries, jams & jellies. Beautifully-decorated tables. Live music. Tea Talk by Carolyn Bellavance. Victorian Dress suggested.
Prizes. Door prize, prizes for best table and best costume. Donated by Heirlooms for Hospice

Description

1st Annual Victorian Tea at the Museum of the Mountain West. 10 hostesses decorate their tables and invite guests to sit at their tables. A generous contribution by tea donor, Barbara Rairden, helps to provide food and decorations for this fundraiser. Heirlooms for Hospice is donating the door prize, prize for best-decorated table, prize for best costume, and teapots for table gifts.
Costumes are encouraged.Live music, including flute and piano (and possibly violin) are being provided by Kimah McCarthy.
Food will be served buffet style, and hostess helpers will circulate, keeping plates and teapots filled, tables tidied. Hand-crafted, artisan teas teas by Teas to Please, which is donating tea, will be for sale, items from the museum gift shop by Silent Auction.
